• This Country Christmas cookbook was originally published in 1998 by CJOC Radio to raise funds for the Lethbridge Food Bank and the Interfaith Food Bank. Submissions were made by Lethbridge residents and advertising by local businesses.
• The book promotion was a huge success. Promotions director Paul Simpson quotes – “listeners submitted more than 500 recipes and about 300 were used in this year’s book. The cookbook was a hot seller. The cookbook campaign debuted last year, and based on its success, an extra 300 copies were published this year”.
• This cookbook is in mint condition, does not look like it was ever used, just kept as a collector piece.
